Welcome to Altelo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Altelo CRM platform and related services (“Service” or “Platform”) provided by Altelo (Pty) Ltd (“Altelo”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Altelo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use Altelo, you must:

·       Be at least 18 years of age or a registered business entity.

·       Provide accurate registration information.

·       Have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business or organization.

2. Services Provided

Altelo provides a cloud-based CRM platform designed to help businesses manage:

·       Projects and tasks

·       Invoicing and billing

·       Time tracking

·       Team collaboration

·       Customer support

We reserve the right to improve, update, or change the features at any time, without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

·       Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

·       Ensuring that any users you add to your Altelo workspace comply with these Terms.

·       All activity that occurs under your account.

Altelo will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Billing & Payments

a) Subscription Fees
Access to Altelo requires an active subscription. Pricing is available on our website or provided directly by our team.

b) Payment Terms
Payments are due in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

c) Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of the Service.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds except in specific, outlined cases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

·       Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

·       Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the platform.

·       Share login credentials or attempt to access accounts you’re not authorized to.

·       Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in activity that compromises platform integrity.

Violation of this policy may lead to immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, design, and technology used in the platform are owned by Altelo. You may not reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the platform, and you grant Altelo the right to use, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Service Availability &

Downtime

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Altelo is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from temporary service disruptions.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Altelo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

·       Fail to make payments

·       Engage in misuse or harmful conduct

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after a grace period unless otherwise required by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Altelo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Use is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altelo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the incident.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
